See you on Facebook
I have realized that it is really a lot easier to post to facebook. Most of you seem to be on facebook these days, so I think I'm going to just go on official hiatus with the blog. What do you think?

I will miss the BLOG!!! Jerry Ann told me once that it took quite a bit of your time to "do" the BLOG!!! Your time is of essence and I feel that you should do what it most convenient for you!!! I will have to help your father get "set up" on FACEBOOK though!!! Maybe you could BLOG once a month or so???
Time is precious, so taking the time to keep both going doesn't make any sense. If I don't want to do Facebook myself, I can always use Teresa's, so it's not a problem for me.
I think medium of Facebook doesn't foster the same level of creative prose as does a blog. However, FB is far better at delivering crack-like hits of video and pictures. The upload interface is pretty seamless with cameras and phones giving it a distinct advantage. On our blog most people scroll directly down to the pics, largely ignoring the text. I have been double dipping between your blog and your FB page, so my Odum-Shahan updates will remain uninterrupted no matter what you choose.
I will miss your blog as well. There's something definitely more personal about it than Facebook. But honestly, I do check Facebook much more often, and it is certainly quicker! We'll keep an eye on the blog to catch your monthly-ish updates:-)
Oh, sure. First you addict me to fupenguin, I read every bit of it in one day and return again and again and again over and over only to find out the guy barely ever updates (did you see the sandy seal? omg...), and NOW you quit BLAAAGGING! Aint jetbutt is displeased.
Ok, so maybe I'll try to do a post every once in a while. But really, Jettbutt, you should get back on FB. You are the one which lured me there in the first place, dangit! You, you are the very stuff of your own undoing.
