Thank goodness poor Henry is starting to feel a little better. He had a pretty hard night last night, but then he actually smiled some today. We didn't go skiing or anything, just stayed home and let him recuperate.
Here is Madi with Spot, getting ready to go outside and play for a bit.
Henry and I just watched from inside, because the air quality is not great again, and it was a little chilly too.
Madi enjoyed her time outside with Tim. The snow is so dry and crystalized, it feels like sand now. You can see the haze in the background.
Tonight we made banana muffins. We used wheat flour! Wheat is definitely on the menu to stay for Henry. We played it safe and used coconut milk instead of cow's milk though.
Henry loves watching us bake, and we love seeing his smile again! Even if it is from behind his binkie.

Wow, I'm so glad to hear that Henry is feeling better. What a weekend! Had I taken a look at your blog earlier, I would have offered to bring over dinner or something.
I, too, worry about the air quality and don't take Vi out when it is really smoggy. If she ends up with some respiratory ailment later in life, I will certainly never forgive myself for moving here...
yeah for Henry! So glad he is on his way up!
It is also great to hear Wheat is hear to stay!
Thanks you guys! He's still able to smile now and then, so we consider it an improvement. He's not out of the woods yet, but thank goodness he is better.
